Martha Bartz is thrilled to be a part of XenTegra, LLC. As a Member of the partnership and Business Manager of the organization, Martha utilizes her skills gained from 20+ years in sales management, coupled with her business education and acumen to insure the continued steady and successful growth of the company.
In 2012, Tadd co-founded XenTegra with the shared vision that our customers deserve a partner whose primary business focus is providing Citrix solutions. An IT Professional for 15 years, Tadd has more than 12 years experience working with Citrix technology. For the past 7 years, Tadd has worked as a Citrix-certified consultant for several Citrix Gold and Platinum partners. Tadd has a wide range of experience helping clients, ranging in size from SMB through large enterprise and in a variety of industries.
Andy founded XenTegra in 2012 based on the idea that Citrix customers deserved a partner that focused on Citrix solutions as their primary business focus. Andy graduated from North Carolina State University in 1997. Prior to founding XenTegra Andy spent over a decade as a Systems Administrator, 2 years as Microsoft Directory Services Support Engineer, 3 years as a Citrix Consultant and 4 years as a Citrix Senior Sales Engineer.
Andy has received many awards for his service including the Citrix Sales Engineer of the Year award in 2010. Andy’s experience helping customers ranges from working with large universi-ties, enterprises, medium and small businesses. Focusing on end user computing that originate from the datacenter has been a focus for Andy for the past 8 years.
Enabling the Citrix community has been a priority for Andy over the past 5 years and founding XenTegra has given him a way to continue to do this.
Leveraging his degree in Information Systems, Chris has become an experienced IT engineering, administration, and project manager for companies in multiple industries such as financial, automotive retail, transportation, manufacturing, and technology. Interactions between systems in the datacenter is where chris really accellerates in his expertise. Taking information about those ecosystems to the customer in both technology and business terms, so that world-class solutions can be developed and deployed, is what Chris strives to achieve for everyone he works with through Xentegra.
Senior Sales Consultant
Darren is responsible for client/vendor/partner account management and overall company sales. Prior to joining XenTegra, Darren spent 3.5 years working for Citrix in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After winning multiple leadership and performance-based awards, including Territory Manager of the Year in 2013, Darren decided to leave Citrix for XenTegra in order to become more actively involved in his client's overall IT-related initiatives and play an active role in their successes. He has a very blended set of skills that makes him an effective salesperson, account representative and client advocate. His patience, attention to details and technology acumen allow him to deliver valuable results to his clients and organization. He acts with a sense of urgency in everything he does and is always willing to help others out to get the job done. Darren is two-time graduate of the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. In his spare time, Darren enjoys traveling the world, hanging out with friends and family, exercising and watching his beloved Gators, Dolphins, Panthers, Marlins and Heat.
Mark J Henderson
Founder\Director of XenTegra Application Services
Mark joined XenTegra in October of 2015 and is the Director of Application Services for XenTegra. Mark works with Citrix customers to develop strategic solutions for application management in order to further enhance their Citrix environments. Prior to joining XenTegra, Mark spent 6 years as an application packager at Michelin in Greenville, SC, 4 years as a Global Solution Architect at IBM and in 2010 joined a small startup company named AppDNA. After Citrix acquired AppDNA in 2011, Mark was the AppDNA Sales Engineer responsible for the Mid-Atlantic, Public Sector and Southeast. In 2012, he made the Citrix 100% Club for his efforts selling AppDNA. He has over 15 years of experience in solutions architecture, software and hardware integration/distribution, and has presented at multiple Citrix and industry events. Mark holds an MBA from Clemson University and a BA from the University of South Carolina.
