Introducing XenTegra Technical Resource Management. This support offering is the perfect solution for your Citrix, RES and AppSense product support needs. Your days of waiting in queue with limited visibility into your product issues are over. Available Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm, clients enrolled in the program will receive assigned and dedicated Level 2 assistance out of the gate from one of our highly trained Citrix administrators with direct access to one of our senior consultants, if needed.
