Andy founded XenTegra in 2012 based on the idea that Citrix customers deserved a partner that focused on Citrix solutions as their primary business focus. Andy graduated from North Carolina State University in 1997. Prior to founding XenTegra Andy spent over a decade as a Systems Administrator, 2 years as Microsoft Directory Services Support Engineer, 3 years as a Citrix Consultant and 4 years as a Citrix Senior Sales Engineer.

Andy has received many awards for his service including the Citrix Sales Engineer of the Year award in 2010. Andy’s experience helping customers ranges from working with large universi-ties, enterprises, medium and small businesses. Focusing on end user computing that originate from the datacenter has been a focus for Andy for the past 8 years. Enabling the Citrix community has been a priority for Andy over the past 5 years and founding XenTegra has given him a way to continue to do this.

Martha Bartz

Member - Business Manager

Martha Bartz is a Founding Partner and the Business Director of the XenTegra organization and affiliated companies. A successful and varied career inclusive of small business startup and ownership, international sales management, and not for profit directorship coupled with her business acumen and education from the University of Miami, continue to insure the steady and successful growth of XenTegra, LLC and its divisions, XenTegraCONNECT and Xponent-Solutions, LLC.

Dan Costello

Director, Western Region

Daniel Costello is an End User Compute Architect with a primary focus on mobility, virtualization, and cloud technologies from Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft. Daniel’s experience ranges from enterprise companies like Intuit and LPL Financial to SMBs throughout the West Coast. Leading XenTegra’s West Coast offices, Daniel is a local Southern California CUGC leader, an IGEL Tech Insider, an EUC VIP member and a Citrix Evangelist.

Chris Doran

Delivery Services Manager | Citrix Networking SME

Leveraging his degree in Information Systems, Chris has become an experienced IT engineering, administration, and project manager for companies in multiple industries such as financial, automotive retail, transportation, manufacturing, and technology. Datacenter- and cloud-centric ecosystems is where Chris really accelerates in his expertise. Delivering these ecosystems to customers in both technology and business terms so that world-class solutions can be developed and deployed, is what Chris and the XenTegra Consulting Team strives to achieve for everyone they work with. Under Chris’ direction, XenTegra Consulting Services employ today’s best and ever-changing virtualization components to deliver solutions for your software-defined datacenter needs.

Darren Perry

Senior Sales Director

Darren is responsible for client/vendor/partner account management and overall company sales. Prior to joining XenTegra, Darren spent 3.5 years working for Citrix in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After winning multiple leadership and performance-based awards, including Territory Manager of the Year in 2013, Darren decided to leave Citrix for XenTegra in order to become more actively involved in his client's overall IT-related initiatives and play an active role in their successes. He has a very blended set of skills that makes him an effective salesperson, account representative and client advocate. His patience, attention to details and technology acumen allow him to deliver valuable results to his clients and organization. He acts with a sense of urgency in everything he does and is always willing to help others out to get the job done. Darren is two-time graduate of the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. In his spare time, Darren enjoys traveling the world, hanging out with friends and family, exercising and watching his beloved Gators, Dolphins, Panthers, Marlins and Heat.

Keith Qualter

Senior Sales Director

As Director of Business Development, Keith leads a team of client-focused Business Development Managers who help XenTegra clients solve business problems with virtual computing solutions. After spending nearly a decade working directly for Citrix and supporting some of their largest enterprise customers, Keith brings his passion for virtual computing and developing true partnerships to our clients. In addition to Citrix, Keith has well rounded experience having worked in Storage, Telecom, Networking and Protocol Analysis. He brings 20 years of combined IT industry experience to bear with a consultative approach to engaging, guiding and supporting our clients.

Pete Downing

Director, Northeast Region

Joining XenTegra with over 15 years of software and IT experience from leading high technology organizations, Pete is the Director of the Northeast Region. Prior to XenTegra, Pete was Director of Product Management for RES ONE Workspace/Security and directly responsible for defining the product direction, ensuring a successful code rewrite, the roadmap and ultimately played a role in RES’s recent exit and acquisition by Ivanti. Prior to RES, Pete held various product management roles at Citrix, BMC Software and Imprivata. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an MBA from Babson College.

Trevor Mansell

Managing Director, Managed and Cloud Services

Trevor Mansell brings more than 18 years of hands-on experience in information systems, sales engineering, software solution consulting, and architecture design to XenTegra. He is an End User Computing, Cloud and Mobility Architect with a passion for delivering solutions that are innovative, resilient, and most importantly user-friendly. As Managing Director of our Workspace Managed and Cloud Services at XenTegra, he currently oversees the cloud managed services, consulting offerings, and operations. Prior to XenTegra he spent nine years with Citrix Systems in various solution architecting and systems engineering roles, including managing the strategic partner solution architects for the Americas region.

Brian Clark

Director, Managed Services

Brian Clark is a 10-year IT veteran with experience ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. His areas of expertise include application deployment, cloud, and automation. He has a wide range of industry experience with specializations in the healthcare and financial fields. As the Director of Managed Services, Brian focuses on partnering with clients to strengthen and optimize their interaction with IT. Brian’s IT philosophy can be summed up with one phrase, “Keep it simple!”
